A Story Turned Into Adventure
I am Julio Fernández, let me to tell you my story
Mezcal has always been a part of my life. I was born in Oaxaca, and grew up in a culture that accompanies baptisms, weddings, and even funerals with this drink. As a child, I was fascinated by watching those great Maestros Mezcaleros who traveled through the city, offering their best products from door to door.
Being close to them completely shaped my understanding of Mezcal. I discovered the dedication and knowledge of the Maestro Mezcalero and their artisanal process. I appreciated the different aromas, flavors, and textures that make it up, and valued its place as a central figure in the identity of Oaxaca.
Thanks to this, I understood that getting to know Mezcal allows us to appreciate it as a hidden treasure that results in a luxury distilled spirit. Mezcal is not a trend; it is a significant tradition in Mexican history.
