Tequila Cómplice Blanco, our first incursion into the world of Tequila, is a 100% Blue Agave (Tequilana Weber) produced blending the best of two worlds: the sophistication and refined process of Tequila and the traditional handmade methods that make Mezcal the most complex spirit in the world.

Its complexity comes from the processes that we strictly adhere to maintain the roots of the craft intact: the character of volcanic stone is gently whispered into our elixir through our stonework oven cooking and our meshing of the piñas with tahona, while our small-batch distillation in copper stills tames every note into a velvety unctuousness that sings to agave and the rainwaters that make it grow
